ABSTRACT
Preparation of the Budget Business Plan (RBA) for regional technical implementing units that implement the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) refers to the strategic plan. Ambulu Health Center is the only urban health center in the southern area of Jember Regency and is includ in the BLUD health center. The aim of Community Service is the Socialization of the Public Service Agency Budget Business Plan at the Ambulu Community Health Center, Jember Regency. This community service activity was carried out in the Ambulu Community Health Center Hall, Jember Regency, on Tuesday, 12 September 2023, with the target of the action being the head of the primary health care, a person in charge of the UKM program, the person in charge of the UKP program, midwives, nurses, laboratory workers, nutritionists, public health instructors, health epidemiologists, staff finance, treasurer, and office staff. Indicators of success are the Adequacy of Performance value of 80% and punctuality. The results of the activity began by providing socialization material, namely the concept of the Public Service Agency (BLU), BLU Financial Management Patterns, BLU Business Plans and Budgets, and BLU Revenue. The Ambulu Public Health Center Public Service Agency's Budget Business Plan socialization activity was declared successful because it had an Adequacy of Performance score of 120% despite experiencing a delay of 15 minutes at the start and 30 minutes at the end. Further activities are required to prepare budget business plan documents based on existing examples of budget business plan documents.
